“Ako si Philip John Omaweng. Isang PUNO—Punong MALALIMI ANG PANGARAP.” In a deeply personal reflection on his graduation from UP Baguio, UPAABC scholar Philip John A. Omaweng shared how his Applai Igorot heritage, family, and supporters served as the deep roots that kept him standing.
